Is your teen looking for a place where they can truly be themselves?

High School Hangout is a supportive, inclusive group designed specifically for neurodivergent teenagers. The group provides a relaxed, neuro-affirming environment where teens can build friendships, explore communication and develop confidence in their neurodiverse identity without pressure to mask.

Sessions are facilitated by clinicians experienced in working with neurodivergent young people and focus on understanding, connection and self-advocacy.

💬 What to Expect

Teens will have opportunities to:

Build friendships through shared interests and group activities
Explore communication in real-life social situations
Learn about different interaction styles, including neurodivergent and neurotypical perspectives
Develop autonomy and self-advocacy skills
Increase confidence navigating social situations

Activities are flexible and responsive to the needs of the group.
