Pre-school and kindergarten screening programs

Early intervention almost always produces better results and can make a huge difference to a child’s overall education. Our pre-school and in-school screening program is an affordable and effective way for parents to determine if their child would benefit from speech therapy.

Screening children at preschool or in the classroom ensures they are comfortable and provides the opportunity for us to liaise with educators to see if there is anything they’ve noticed. We assess children individually for speech, language and pre-literacy development, with parents receiving a summary report within 2 weeks. The report identifies any areas of difficulty, as well as recommendations for a follow up assessment or for monitoring.
