Our Team

Our therapists and support team

North Shore Speech Therapy has built an enthusiastic and dedicated team of therapists and support staff to ensure you receive the best care at every step of your journey with us.

Lauren Reinhardt Director and Practice Owner

Lauren Reinhardt founded North Shore Speech Therapy in 2001 to create a space where children are truly seen, supported, and celebrated.

As a neurodivergent speech pathologist and parent, she understands the emotional journey of therapy and brings warmth, playfulness, and deep clinical expertise to every interaction.

Her approach is strengths-based—focusing on what children do well and using those strengths to drive meaningful outcomes in communication, confidence, and connection.

Lauren leads her team with the same philosophy: recognising individual strengths, fostering growth, and always bringing the joy.

Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or a therapist looking to thrive in a values-driven, collaborative environment, Lauren’s commitment to excellence and community makes North Shore Speech Therapy a place where everyone can flourish.

Clare Hollings Clinical Lead - Training & Development

Clare is the Clinical Lead, Training & Development at North Shore Speech Therapy and brings over 30 years’ experience as a speech pathologist, having worked across a wide range of settings in both Australia and the UK. She is deeply passionate about working with children and families and believes speech pathology is one of the most rewarding professions there is.

Clinically, Clare has a strong interest in supporting toddlers and preschoolers who are learning to talk, children with complex communication needs including AAC, and children and adolescents with feeding challenges, including ARFID. She brings warmth, expertise, and a strengths‑based approach to every child and family she works with.

Alongside her clinical work, Clare plays a key role in shaping clinical excellence at NSST and beyond. She provides clinical supervision and mentoring, leads professional development and training, and coordinates the NSST student program. Clare is a casual lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney, regularly presents at conferences nationally and internationally, delivers training workshops to parents and educators, and is the co‑lead of the Student Liaison portfolio for the NSW/ACT branch of Speech Pathology Australia. She is also a strong advocate for clients and families within the evolving NDIS landscape.

Outside of work, Clare loves time at the beach – often balanced with life as a mum to three kids.
